Research and Strategy

To create a clear and enjoyable user experience, I started by researching how people currently manage their mileage programs. I analyzed existing airline apps and interviewed users to understand their pain points. Based on these insights, I developed a strategy focused on simplifying the process and making it more engaging.

Many people don’t fully use their miles or forget about them, so this app helps users keep track, use them effectively, and make their travel experiences more rewarding. The goal is to design and develop a user-friendly app that enables travelers to manage multiple mileage programs in one place. By organizing all their miles together, users can plan smarter, redeem benefits efficiently, and stay motivated to travel more.

Since earning miles and traveling are exciting and enjoyable experiences, I focused my research on bright colors and casual fonts that express this cheerful feeling. I also incorporated colors inspired by travel — such as the sea, sky, and earth — to evoke a sense of adventure and openness.
